Steve Van Remortel founded Stop the Vanilla, LLC in 1999 with a mission to address people-related challenges that hinder business growth. His impressive track record includes increasing a manufacturing company’s sales from $4.5 million to $30 million within five years, which revealed to him the critical role that effective talent management plays in organizational success. This realization led to the creation of the MyTalentPlanner Growth Accelerator System, designed specifically to help SMBs attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent.

Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Organizational Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a master’s degree in Strategic Management from Wayne State University. He is also a certified professional behavioral analyst in four behavioral sciences, further establishing his expertise in the field.
